SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. At this time we only offer international shipping to Canada. All orders are shipped via USPS within 1-5 business days of payment verification, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email or text notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking info to update. All orders of $150 or more will require a signature at delivery. 

We do not manually input shipping addresses they are exported from one database to another. Please ensure your shipping address is correct upon receiving your order confirmation email. Once an order is shipped you must contact the courier to resolve any address issues.

If an error is made, please email House of Charlotte within 5 hours of confirmation email as once we process orders for shipment no changes can be made.

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
